As a new nonprofit, The Pink Gavel is in the process of registering to solicit charitable donations in individual states. Additionally, there are independent guidelines regarding online donations that The Pink Gavel must follow.

At this time, if you are in one of the following states, we are unable to accept your donation:

• Illinois

• North Dakota

The Pink Gavel is a 501(c)(3) organization that can provide receipts for tax deduction purposes. Failure to provide an accurate email address may result in no receipt being issued. The Pink Gavel is under no obligation to provide a receipt in this scenario.
