In fighting for abortion access at the state level, The Pink Gavel strives to build a world in which everyone can freely exercise their human right to reproductive care.

Is abortion legal where you are? Different states’ laws and policies are changing quickly as legislatures and courts continually modify the legal landscape. News sources with pages that have live updates, like The New York Times, can provide an overview. Organizations like the Guttmacher Institute also provide up-to-date information.

Planned Parenthood

  • Planned Parenthood offers numerous services, though some may depend on location. They allow a sliding-scale payment system.

  • Birth Control: Pills, patches, intrauterine devices (IUDs), implants, injections, and condoms
